Recommended Foods
It is Important to have a wide variety of foods with as many different fruit and vegetables possible. Please try to have as many raw foods as possible. The foods listed below have been shown to be 'safe'.
Greens and raw vegetables such as: carrots, celery, lettuce etc. for the natural vitamins and minerals your body needs.
Fruit (fresh), Lemons, apples, mandarins, pears, paw paws, mangoes, grapes, cantaloupes, pineapples, bananas, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, mulberries, honey dew, figs, apricots, nectarines, plums, persimmons, guava, kiwifruit, peach, grapefruit, Raspberries strawberries and watermelon.
Can be eaten in any quantities.
Vegetables (fresh), carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, avocado, pumpkin, broccoli, leeks, radish, parsnip, onion, celery, lettuce, peas, beans, squash, spinach, sprouts, beetroot, silver beet, mushrooms, cucumber, asparagus, endive, shallots, kale, coconuts, rocket and marrow. Watercress, English Spinach,
Herbs (preferable fresh), Garlic, ginger, chives, parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano, sweet basil, marjoram, watercress, bush basil, horseradish, mint, salad burnet, dill, chervil, anise, balm, borage, caraway, sage, sorrel, dandelion.
Meat (lean preferably), Beef, Lamb, Veal,
Fish fresh or frozen (check for food colouring or Ascorbic acid used as an antioxidant). Squid, Cuttlefish, Tuna, Trevally, Gemfish, Snapper, John Dory, Bream,
Cod Liver Oil (Highly Recommended daily)
Tinned Fish (preferably in brine salt and water). Sardines, Salmon, Herrings,
Poultry, Free-Range Eggs, Organic chickens.
Rock or sea Salt.
Organic Tahini (pure sesame seeds)
Organic Honey.
Nuts
Macadamia, almonds, walnuts, pecan, Hazlenuts, (Preferably unshelled) cashews
Organic Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds,
Beverages, Water (most important),
Freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice, any from the above list. (Juice extractors are a good investment)
Herbal teas. (Read labels most have additives) Are best made from fresh herbs. Green Tea, dandelion tea,
USE COLD PRESSED OILS. Avocado, Macadamia for tasty salad dressing and Olive Oil extra virgin. Coconut oil for cooking (or dressing) recommended for healthy diets.
When going out to dine: (If in doubt take your own)
Try Chinese restaurants for steamed vegetables, fish etc.
When going to Cafés-Restaurants: Request gluten free meals (watch out for sauces), steak and salad, salads are usually OK.
: Grilled fish.

Required for healthy skin, eyes and hair. Assist the body resist infections maintains healthy mucous membranes.The Liver is the main storage area for vitamin A. also found in lesser concentrations in kidney, heart, muscle, lung, pancreas, fat, adrenal, prostate, testes, and thyroid.
Studies have shown that those whom have arthritis, celiac disease, loss of appendicitis, and pneumonia. Nephritis, pityriasis rubra pilaris (Devergies disease), psoriasis, keratosis follicularis (Darier's disease) and certain ichthyosis. All have low levels of Vitamin A in their bodies.
The foods that have a good source of Vitamin A are:

Beef, lamb, and veal.
Vitamin E.
Natural antioxidant helps healing, keeps nerves and red blood cells healthy. Protects cell membranes and prevents scarring. Essential for healing.

Essential Fatty Acids
Alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) are the essential fatty acids are important for growth, healthy skin and the proper function of eyes and nerves. These acids enable the body to make other types of fatty acids. If you can’t eat fish you should eat walnuts, pecans, soybeans or tahini.
Food sources for omega 3 fatty acids are:
- Anchovies, cod liver oil, cuttlefish, oysters,

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
